WHY RENT - TERMS AND CONDITIONS

Dixon Homes and its staff are not financiers and cannot offer advice on morgage lending products. the advertisment is not an offer to lend and applicants will need to fit the lending criteria of their chosen institution. Figuyres are based on the National Australia Bank's online mortgage caclulator applying a current variable interest rate, and based on a 10% desposit. Fees and charges do apply. Stamp duty, Transer duties and Goverment charges were not included in the estimated and will vary depending on the purchase price. Lending criteria, stamp duty and other goverment fees are the sole responsibility of the applicant.

This policy relates to Tamawood Limited and its subsidiaries and outlines the processes that Tamawood undertakes with the management and use of all Personal Information and / or data it collects and handles to comply with applicable privacy laws. Subject to verification of identity, any Personal Information held about an individual may be accessed, updated or corrected by application on email on our website www.dixonhomes.com.au.

Tamawood will endeavour to respond to access and correction of Personal Information within 20 business days after a written request is received on the email on the website.

DISCLOSURE AND RETENTION OF PERSONAL INFORMATION

Tamawood will take all reasonable steps to protect breaches of any relevant privacy laws.

As part of providing services to a customer, Tamawood may disclose Personal Information to third party suppliers and contractors of services that are required to assist in the performance of activities fror the customer.

Tamawood only retains Personal Information for as long as required by law and needed for our business functions and activities.

Accessing Tamawood’s websites will result in some information being logged including the time of access, IP address and the pages that have been viewed or accessed.
