Lev Mizikovsky
Executive Chairman
Founder of Tamawood Homes, Lev has led the business since 1989 and oversaw its ASX listing in 2000. He is a Fellow of the Australian Institute of Company Directors and brings extensive experience in residential construction, leadership and business governance.
Rade Dudurovic
Non-Executive Chairman
Rade brings extensive private equity experience across industrial, consumer manufacturing and distribution businesses, particularly in Asia. He holds qualifications in commerce and law, is a CPA and a Senior Fellow of FINSIA, and serves on several board committees.
Timothy Bartholomaeus
Managing Director
Timothy joined Tamawood Homes in 1996 as a Building Designer and has held senior roles across design, estimating, construction, administration, sales and marketing. He became Dixon Homes COO in 2010 and Managing Director in 2013.
Kym Waldron
Operations Manager
Kym joined Tamawood Homes in 2001 and has experience across contract administration, sales and operations. She holds a Bachelor of Business, building and construction qualifications, and was recognised with the Master Builders Queensland Women in Construction Award in 2019.
