We fix your build price only after we’ve completed the due diligence that removes guesswork. That means a Site Investigation (from $250) to identify any block‑specific requirements, followed by a structured Pre‑Approval (from $1,400). Once complete, we hold your fixed price for 60 days from the quote date so you can proceed with confidence.

What we do before we fix your price

Pre‑Approval covers the technical groundwork—working drawings, energy assessment, calculation of industry levies, home‑warranty insurance applications (QBCC/HOWI), and plan lodgements with the certifier and council (including drainage)—so site‑specific requirements are captured in your price. If your block needs extra checks (for example, flood, acoustic or an on‑site sewerage/percolation test), we’ll advise you upfront.

Build quality you can measure

Your home is delivered under an ISO 9001 quality system with independent inspections and third‑party certification at key stages, plus long‑term protection: 50‑year limited structural warranty, 7‑year limited non‑structural warranty, and a 17‑month maintenance period.

Clear timelines and communication

Our indicative process outlines average administration and average construction time frames so you can plan each stage—from documentation and approvals through to slab, frame, lock‑up, and final handover. During the whole process you will have visibility through our online customer portal.
