Appointments are not required before visiting a Dixon Homes showroom, however, booking ahead is recommended so we can make sure a New Home Consultant is available when you arrive. Without an appointment, we cannot guarantee that a consultant will be free, as they may already be assisting another client.

During your appointment, your New Home Consultant will guide you through the Dixon Homes building process, inclusions, More4Less, quality assurance, and maintenance and warranties. They will also help you choose a home design based on your requirements, budget, and block of land, then provide a quote to build that design.

Please bring along any information you feel may be relevant to your appointment. If you already own a block of land, it is helpful to bring documents such as the title, photos of the block, overlay information, easements, covenants, or any other land restriction documents. If you have signed a contract on a block of land, please bring the land contract, disclosure plan, and covenant documents if applicable. This helps your New Home Consultant identify the block clearly and provide more accurate guidance.

Appointments usually run for approximately 45 minutes. Please arrive on time so your New Home Consultant can make the most of your appointment. If you arrive late, your appointment time may be reduced, and if another customer visits the showroom without an appointment during that time, they may need to be assisted first.

There is no cost to meet with a Dixon Homes New Home Consultant.

Dixon Homes offices and showrooms may be set up differently, and the items on display can vary between locations. All offices have samples available for colour selection options, including bricks, Colorbond colours, tiles, and other key selections.Some selection options may vary by region, generally due to different requirements such as energy efficiency standards. Your New Home Consultant can guide you through the options available for your build region during your appointment.
